Planning and Scheduling for Tender Projects
During the Tender phase of the project it is
as important to establish the time requirements as it is cost. We can assist
forming a plan of work that is achievable, inspires confidence in your client
and is fully related to the project budget. Ryan P6 is also happy to help
establish estimates for unusual parts of your scope as we have had a wide
variety of experience and keep up to date with construction costs, suppliers of
all sorts of specialist equipment and time required to source and install.
In addition, it is possible to set up project
cash flow, earned value and S-curve reporting at this early stage against the
project master program. Not only does this assist the client but it also helps
to preserve all opportunities for extension of time, cost and delay.
Don't be caught out and stuck with a flawed
baseline programme in favour of the expedient option of re-using old
project data, making the tender plan look "good enough" and moving on
to the other more challenging areas of the bid. With Ryan P6 on board we'll
